Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a test which is conducted
by CBSE every year whereby candidates get an eligibility certificate for
the appointment of a primary teacher for class I-V and Upper primary
teacher for class VI-VIII.
CTET 2018 Exam will be
conducted to fill all the vacant positions in all central schools like
KVs/NVs etc. This exam makes the candidates eligible to appear in

CTET 2018 Eligibility Criteria :
Applicants who aspire to crack
CTET 2018 Eligibility Criteria should
satisfy at least one condition from this list of eligibility criteria.
Eligibility criteria for class 1st to 5th are different and eligibility
criteria for an upper primary class teacher for 5th to 8th are

Age Limit: The minimum age required to apply for
CTET 2018 Exam is
18 years and there is no upper age limit i.e. candidates who are 18 and
more can apply for this test. The only primary condition is to fulfill
the desired educational qualifications required for this exam.

CTET 2018 Application Fee :
The applicant has to pay the following application fees for this
test. The Unreserved category i.e. Gen/OBC has to pay Rs.1000 for ( Both
I and II paper) and Rs.600 if they want to give (either I or II Paper).
The reserved category i.e. SC/ST/PH has to pay Rs. 500 (Both I and II
Paper) and Rs. 300 if they want to give (either I or II Paper).

CTET 2018 Syllabus :
CTET 2018 exam paper
will be a
multiple choice question paper. The duration exam will be two and a half
hours and each question will comprise of 1 mark each and there will be
no negative marking against the wrong answer. Two papers will be
conducted first in the morning session for class I-V and then in the
evening session for class VI-VIII. The questions will be based on topics
like Child development and pedagogy Mathematics and Environmental
studies, Social studies and social sciences.

CTET 2018 Selection Procedure :
Candidates should know about the proper CTET 2018 Selection process.
Therefore, here we have given a full description of selection a
procedure. According to the CTET examination authority department,
candidates will be selected as per their performance in the CTET Online
examination. To qualify in the online exam, candidates should be passed
with the minimum qualifying marks of 60 % and above. Candidates can

- Paper I: The paper I is for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
- Paper II: The Paper II is for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
CTET Admit Card 2018 :
The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will be released
the admit card before 10 to 15 days of examination. Admit card will be
released via online mode. It means candidates will have to
download CTET 2018 Admit card via
online mode. For downloading the admit card of CTET exam 2018,
applicants have to enter their password and registration number and
password. The
CTET Admit Card 2018 will be released
only for those applicants who have dully filled the online form as well
as submitted it within the fixed dates and payment of application fee.
CTET Cut off 2018 :
As we know, the CTET Cutoff marks are the minimum qualifying scores
that the applicants will have to score for qualifying the exam. The CTET
2018 qualifying marks are 60 % and above. Candidates securing 60%
& above will declare CTET qualified. However, Cut off
marks will be released after the examination with the result. When the CBSE will release the cutoff list, we will provide the
CTET Cutoff 2018 exam with the previous year cutoff lists. The Cutoff will be declared by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education). The
CTET Cutoff Marks 2018 will
depend on the total marks of both the papers. On the other hand, there
are surely other reasons that play a vital role to determine the CTET
Cutoff score.
CTET Result 2018 :
The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) will declare
CTET 2018 Result after
1 or 2 months of examination. This result will be announced for only
those applicants who will score as per the qualifying marks in the CTET
2018 entrance exam. Applicants can check result by using their DOB (date
of birth) and roll number. The CTET Exam Result will be declared after
one or two months of examination. The
CTET Result 2018 will
have applicant's roll number, name, subject wise total marks.
